Position Summary: Sales Representative

As a Sales Account Representative you are responsible for maintaining solid business relationships with established customers.

The opportunity are company is looking for an outgoing and competitive person to be their new Sales Representative. This persuasive and independent individual will love a fast pace have a hunter mentality and a stimulating impact on people. In addition you will be a problem solver and love to identify value added solutions for our customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Aggressively drive sales by identifying customer needs
  • Endlessly strive to create customer solutions
  • Be ambitiously willing to network in and out of the office for new prospects well as for current ongoing business relationships
  • Actively participate in promotional releases and campaigns to increase company revenue
  • Advance knowledge by continuously selfeducating oneself on all packaging & beauty industry developments
  • Maintain current customer list with the same attention and energy as newly acquired clientele
  • Create longlasting relationships with all accounts including always addressing questions and concerns in a timely manner
  • Work handinhand with multiple departments and vendors with a team focus mentality
  • Conduct sales visits within the New York Metropolitan and Long Island areas (no travel restrictions)
  • Participate in ongoing new product training sessions
  • Maintain knowledge and familiarity of the product line
  • Review magazines and websites related to the Cosmetics industry seeking new contacts to add to our database

    Experience Education and Skills

  • Minimum of Associates Degree with a concentration in marketing and/or business management
  • Two to five years of sales experience
  • Great personality and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Exceptional verbal and communication skills
  • Excellent telephone skills with an even temperament
  • The ability to make decisions on a customertocustomer basis
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Familiar with cosmetics industry & packaging preferred

Travel May be required based on customer needs
