6hours/day Goal:To serve the students attractive and nutritious meals in an atmosphere of efficiency cleanliness and : foods to be served according to the daily menu; state guidelines of proper meal accountability; the kitchen serving storage and dining areas following state health regulations; all sanitation procedures in accordance with rules and regulations of the Department of Health and Sanitation; to the Cafeteria Manager any equipment problems; instructions for the safe proper and efficient use of all kitchen equipment; with the Cafeteria Manager all food and supply orders; with the Cafeteria Manager the quantities of food to be prepared according to state regulations; with the Cafeteria Manager the portion size of foods served in the cafeteria according to state regulations; to the Cafeteria Manager any problem or accident occurring in the kitchen or the cafeteria premises; with the Cafeteria Manager regarding any personnel problems; other duties which may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or Principal(s). Duties may be delegated where require lifting (up to 50 pounds) bending squatting driving sitting for long periods of time standing for long periods of time climbing walking pulling and/or pushing carrying grasping reaching stooping crouching and crawling. Perform any other related duties as required.
