General requirements:
- 5 years of PHP development experience
- Demonstrated experience with Laravelbased applications in a production environment.
- Proven ability to lead projects review code and contribute to system design decisions.
- Strong knowledge of secure coding practices and infrastructure scaling.
Tech Requirements:
- Languages & Frameworks: PHP JavaScript (Ajax jQuery) Laravel
- Databases: MySQL
- API Standards: GraphQL REST SOAP
- Development Tools: Git Composer
- Testing: PHPUnit Codeception
- Infrastructure & DevOps: Linux Docker Bash Nginx Redis Memcached
- GitLab pipelines
- CI/CD automation strategies
KPAs:
- Lead the endtoend development lifecycle of software features including architecture development deployment and testing.
- Build and maintain scalable API integrations
- Contribute to the architectural evolution of the platform driving performance security and maintainability.
- Mentor intermediate and junior developers and contribute to internal documentation and coding standards.
- Collaborate closely with business units to implement technical solutions that meet real operational needs.
- Oversee deployment pipelines and environments using Docker CI/CD and Linuxbased infrastructure.
- Continuously write and improve automated tests (unit integration functional) to ensure longterm stability
