We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven MBA HR graduate with a specialization in recruitment to join our team as an IT Recruiter. The role involves endtoend recruitment activities for IT roles including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding qualified candidates.
Requirements
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions across various levels.
Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers to define role expectations.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri LinkedIn Indeed etc. referrals and social media.
Conduct initial screenings evaluate candidates and coordinate technical interviews.
Schedule and follow up on interviews feedback and hiring decisions.
Maintain candidate data in ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Ensure a smooth candidate experience and assist with onboarding processes.
Stay updated on market trends in IT hiring and proactively build talent pipelines.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines.
Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms.
Good negotiation and decisionmaking skills.
Qualifications:
MBA in Human Resource Management (preferably with a focus on recruitment).
Internship or prior experience in IT recruitment is a plus.
