About the internship Selected interns daytoday responsibilities include:
1 Buyside Sectoral Research leading to PreDeal discovery
- Responsible to Conduct Primary & Secondary market research around Technology Innovation in the chosen Sector from SucSEEDs Investment thesis to identify opportunities for growth & innovation and convert them into Annual Buyside Sectoral Research.
- Attend various events in the sector and analyze Industry trends/ data to identify patterns & Partners to work with
- Research and develop the sectorial analysis around 1 out of 7 Sectoral Focus areas of the fund (Primary & Secondary Research conducting interviews with Stakeholders and analysing from sources using innovative methods).
- Work on gaining indepth analysis of future trends of the sector and supporting the fund investment process
2 Build Community
- Create Community of various stakeholders (Incubators Accelerators Funds Regulators Institutions Investors Corporates etc) to create value in that sector
- use them effectively to conduct Sectroal Research
- Create platform for Startup founders to pitch their solutions & discover deals more proactively.
- Discover more Sectoral Curators from this community and to help shape Funds roadmap.
- Develop the long term strategy for the fund in three investment stages
3 Sellside Sectoral Research & Create Exits
- Relationship & Engagement: Lead daytoday of complex engagement with CorpDev/ Client Teams and Private Equity players across PreDeal phase Deal phase & Value Creation / Scaling of PortCos.
- Work on a competitive landscape for our Portfolio companies in those sectors.
- Business Development: Identify & convert client opportunities by building relationships with Global PE/M&A Leadership Client Account Teams & Client stakeholders in PE/Corp across geographies. Harness extensive knowledge combined with an integrated suite of methods people & assets to help the Fund to create Value to Investors.
- Practice Development: Contribute to the development of new assets / IP thought capital & POVs raising the profile of team & the PortCo leading to demand generation.
4. Conduct Various initiatives to Launch and rollout the report for wider coverage.
5. Work closely with Deal Discovery team to support the documentation for Investor memorandum consent communicationreporting to SEBI Trustee and other regulatory bodies

Who can apply
Only those candidates shall apply who:
1. have completed their atleast two years in their Bachelors in Economics Finance Commerce domain are preferred.
- BTech Students aspiring for growth in Tech Functions shall not apply.
2. are available for this internship between January and August 2025 for 6 months fulltime. We can accept Work from home internship for a suitable candidate.
4. are available for duration of 6 months and should not at doing this alongwith any other activity.
