Job Description
Our Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager/Director Specialized in Caf & Roastery to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. This is a fulltime position offering an exciting opportunity to lead and manage overall operations drive strategic growth and ensure the continued success of the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills strong business acumen and a proven track record in a senior management role. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complex business challenges and inspire highperforming teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the companys overall goals and objectives.
- Oversee daily operations ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
- Manage budgets and financial performance monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients partners and government agencies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legal requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices adapting strategies as needed.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Extensive experience in a senior management role preferably within a similar industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are highly advantageous.
- A deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian business landscape is preferred.
