POSITION SUMMARY:
Our Redmondbased client is looking for a UX Designer for a remote based position in the USA.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced UX Designer to join our growth design team. Our team works on various businesscritical projects aimed at increasing the adoption of Microsoft 365 suite of products and Copilot among consumers and commercial customers. Join us to help define and design breakthrough experiences that impact millions of users globally.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including product management engineering and marketing to create cohesive and impactful designs.
- Explore designs and patterns to help customers discover and adopt Copilot for their productivity needs.
Work independently in a fastpaced and everchanging environment while maintaining high standards of design quality. - Participate in design reviews shareouts and presentations to ensure design consistency and alignment.
- Deliver polished design prototypes mockups and other communication artifacts that illustrate optimal user experiences.
- Participate in user research efforts and leverage insights to inform design decisions. services.
Qualifications
- Must have 5 years of industry experience in UX design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma as well as video creation and editing software is required.
- Must possess strong communication skills and the ability to advocate for design solutions.
- Extensive experience with AI tools is required.
- Should have a Bachelors degree in Design (or a related field) or equivalent professional experience is required.
- Should have a solid understanding of the endtoend design process is essential.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions are expected.
- Must be selfdriven and capable of working independently.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment is a must.
- Experience driving collaboration across distributed teams is required.
- Portfolio should demonstrate wellthoughtout and polished endtoend customer journeys.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience designing user experiences for enterprise software/services.
Experience creating and applying design principles and interaction patterns.

- A competitive pay range of $48/hr $50/hr (depending on experience).
- Location: Remote (USA)
- 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO)..
