About the Role
We are seeking forwardthinking Customer Success Managers experienced in supporting high volumes of EdTech customerstypically over 300 accounts. As a Small & MidMarket CSM youll manage a broad portfolio of schools and smaller districts by leveraging scalable digitalfirst workflows automation and proactive engagement strategies.
This is a techtouchheavy role focused on efficiency proactive value delivery and customer lifecycle automation.
