As the Head of Marketing you will be at the forefront of driving our brands growth and market presence. You will lead the development and of marketing strategies that enhance brand health gather and leverage consumer insights and oversee advertising and merchandising initiatives. You will lead the audience segmentation targeting and positioning for our products. Your role will be pivotal in positioning our brand as a prominent player in the payments industry ensuring that our marketing efforts align with our business objectives and resonate with our segmented target audiences.
Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Health Management: a) Develop and implement strategies to enhance and maintain the overall health and perception of the brand. b) Monitor brand performance through various metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. c) Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and marketing channels.
Consumer Insights: a) make a insights roadmap to gather deep consumer insights and trends across product categories and customer segments b) Analyze data to understand customer behavior preferences and pain points.
c) Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies and campaigns.
Advertising: a) Create and oversee the of innovative advertising campaigns across multiple channels (digital print social media etc.. b) Manage relationships with central Amazon marketing teams agencies and partners. c) Monitor and optimize advertising performance to maximize ROI.
Traffic and Merchandising: a) Increasing traffic and users to the Amazon Pay app/Stores b) Develop onsite merchandising strategies to drive customer engagement. b) Ensure merchandising efforts are aligned with overall marketing and brand strategies.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams including Products and Categories to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives.
Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to amplify marketing efforts.
About the team
The role has 3 marketing functions reporting into it Brand and advertising Insights Online and offline performance marketing and Events. The team strength will be 34 directs and their teams. Leadership and Team Management will be a very important part of the role. The role will need to a) Build lead and mentor a highperforming marketing team. b) Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture. c) Set clear goals provide feedback and support professional development.
10 years of professional noninternship marketing experience
Experience managing teams
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
Experience driving direction and alignment with crossfunctional teams
Experience communicating results to stakeholders
Experience guiding creative input development and from concept to completion
Communication development and advertising development
Knowledge of Photoshop video editing and related tools
Experience in interteam working skills to develop partnership with partner tech team and operating at leadership levels
