Job Title: Regional Loss Prevention Manager
Department: Loss Prevention
Reports To: Director Retail Loss Prevention EMEA

Location: Covering Mainland Europe Ideally based Germany or Italy.
We have an exciting opportunity at Capri Holdings for a Regional Loss Prevention Manager:
Who you are:
You are energetic collaborative have strong communication and are proactive. You thrive on and adapt to change and are passionate about maintaining a secure and safe environment. You have experience supporting highvolume stores managing Loss Prevention and Safety programs developing tools and techniques for fraud and illegal act prevention deterrence detection and investigation.
What Youll Do:
- Develop proactive programs that protect the Companys assets by reducing and preventing any type of Company loss.
- Maintain a safe working environment in Stores.
- Thorough use of Exception Based Reporting software to mitigate risk.
- Initiate and coordinate internal theft investigations and successfully conclude.
- Develop and execute proper case management.
- Create strong Loss Prevention Awareness among all Associates.
- Help foster a culture of honesty through positive communications and messaging.
- Work closely with Sales Audit to develop policies and procedures to better detect report and resolve internal theft events.
- Work closely with Store Operations to train and develop Store District and Regional Directors in all areas of Loss Prevention.
- Liaise with local Law Enforcement partners and peer Security Departments in the pursuit of internal and external case resolution.
- Build and maintain good relationships with all levels of Retail Store Operations Distribution Accounts Payable Sales Audit Internal Audit IT Human Resources Construction Inventory Control and other departments.
Youll Need to Have:
- Must have a working knowledge of security equipment policies and procedures.
- Minimum 7 years general retail Loss Prevention experience with at least 2 years in multistore leadership experience ideally across multiple European countries.
- Minimum 7 years experience in Interview and Interrogation techniques with full knowledge of all applicable laws.
- Certified in WicklanderZulawski interview and interrogation techniques.
- ModerateHigh travel required.

- Good level of spoken and written English second language preferrable.
