Implements the mission of Emory Healthcare by striving to meet the spiritual and emotional needs of patients families and staff.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certification by Association of Professional Chaplains/National Association of Catholic Chaplains (or eligible); Denominational endorsement; Bachelors Degree or equivalent required (Masters in Religion/Divinity) desirable); Professional knowledge of medical moral matters.
• Experience in ministry to the sick preferably in a hospital setting; counseling skills.
• Ability to counsel and support patients families and staff.
