Chaplain

• Provides pastoral care and wellness support for residents in an ecumenical/inter-faith community their families and associates.
• Offers ministry to residents in all areas of care with special attention given to residents in skilled nursing and assisted living. 
• Plans worship officiates memorial services visitations and leads Bible studies and support groups.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team.
• Performs various administrative duties for the department such as preparing bulletins responding to resident and family member requests coordinating with other departments through computer and phone functions.

Qualifications :

• Master of Divinity Degree from an accredited seminary is required.
• Recognition and endorsement from a major religious organization is required.
• Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) Certification is preferred.
• Experience working with adults in various stages of cognitive abilities is preferred.
