SaskEnergy is seeking a dynamic visionary executive to join its leadership team as Executive Vice President (EVP) Stakeholder Engagement Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary. Reporting directly to the President & CEO and serving as Corporate Secretary to the Board of Directors the Executive Vice President (EVP) will act as a strategic catalyst across the enterpriseguiding public policy alignment leading regulatory compliance championing Indigenous reconciliation and stewarding public trust. Professional Qualifications

• Legal Acumen: Holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or Juris Doctor (J.D. and is a member in good standing (or eligible) with the Law Society of Saskatchewan. Brings 15 years of progressive legal and business leadership including experience as General Counsel CLO or a senior legal executive.

• Governance Leadership: Demonstrated experience serving as Corporate Secretary or Board advisor within a regulated Crown or public sector entity. Brings a strong understanding of fiduciary responsibilities Crown corporation governance frameworks and public sector accountability.

• Public Utility & Regulatory Insight: Ideally possesses experience in utility energy infrastructure or natural resources environment. Deep familiarity with corporate/commercial law regulatory regimes Indigenous law and compliance management.
