Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and organized Admin Executive to support the daytoday operations of our clients legal firm. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of administrative experience and a basic understanding of legal processes or documentation. This role requires a high level of attention to detail confidentiality and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to lawyers and legal staff including document preparation printing scanning and filing.
- Maintain and organize legal files correspondence and court documents in both physical and digital formats.
- Handle incoming calls emails and other general inquiries professionally.
- Assist in managing lawyers calendars including scheduling appointments hearings and deadlines.
- Monitor and order office supplies ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate courier services for legal documents and filings.
- Support in preparing invoices tracking payments and maintaining simple accounts or billing records (if required).
- Liaise with clients courts and government agencies for document submissions or followups.
- Ensure all documents and information are handled with strict confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in an administrative role preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both spoken and written.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- High level of discretion integrity and confidentiality.
