Job Description
Position Overview
Job Title: Mold Technician
Employment Type: Fulltime / Permanent
Work Location: Ciudad Jurez Mexico (near the El Paso Texas border)
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and repair of molds
Disassemble clean and reassemble molds with precision
Support mold setup during changeovers
Monitor production quality and respond to moldrelated issues
Manage mold lifespan and perform preventive maintenance activities
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in mold maintenance or machining
Understanding of mold structure and molding conditions
Willingness to work night shifts or rotating shifts is a plus
Relevant certifications preferred (e.g. mold tooling mechanical maintenance)
Experience operating LS Mtron and Woojin machinery is a plus
Must be eligible for overseas relocation
Work Conditions
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications
