About the job:
Your days will be spent working with an awesome team of real estate professionals to provide the best possible property management west of the Mississippi. To elaborate youll be working with AllViews North OC team to manage over 320 residential and commercial properties and ensure that our clients and tenants have the best possible experience. This position entails a lot of juggling organization and multitasking so if that doesnt sound fun we get it; this isnt for everyone. As a Property Manager at AllView Real Estate you will:
- Oversee contracting and supervision of repairs and maintenance work
- Conduct thorough property inspections ensuring adherence to AllViews rigorous standards
- Manage resident and property related issues as they arise and document in specified property management system.
- Serve as a liaison between tenants and maintenance coordinators to swiftly resolve escalated or emergency maintenance concerns
- Assist in managing a portfolio of residential properties in accordance with company objectives and metrics.
- Perform various tasks as business needs arise.
- Maintaining records of income expenses signed leases complaints maintenance etc
- Obtain vendor bids for projects and coordinate repairs with vendors and tenants
- Respond to escalated and emergency maintenance issues in a timely courteous manner
The Property Manager will help us achieve the following goals:
- Ensure timely completion of all lease renewals 45 days before expiration
- Complete 75 of unit turns within 10 days and list within 15 days
- Maintain Accounts Receivable for our region under 1
The Property Managers skills will include:
- Ability to troubleshoot renters technical propertyrelated issues (garbage disposal plumbing electrical etc.
- Proven track record of time management and multitasking ability.
Requirements for Proper Manager Role:
- Bachelors Degree (preferred)
- 1 year as a leasing consultant and/or property manager
- Open to candidates with relevant experience in the real estate industry
