Bloom is a fullservice workplace design consultancy representing Poppy & Peonies on their search for a Production Coordinator to join their team. As Talent Advisors we will be the liaison between Poppy & Peonies and yourself during this recruitment process. We do not use fancy tech to search through resumes at Bloom; every resume is reviewed by a human to ensure that we attain a consistent and equitable interview process. Building Poppy & Peonies has been a wild adventure. The journey began when my daughter Poppy was born and my accessories no longer worked with my new life as a mom I needed bags with pockets and organization that looked cool and had functionality. I couldnt find it so I decided to create it and in 2015 Poppy & Peonies was born.
Weve come a long way in five years from filling orders in my basement to appearing on Dragons Den and now expanding into new product categories and collaborating with some exciting influencers and brands. Id be lying if I said its been nothing but smooth sailing but thanks to our incredible community weve never felt more loved and supported!
We believe in our responsibility to care for our environment and we are passionate about preserving the health and welfare of our planet and the animals that live on it. All of our bags are made from highquality vegan leather and our entire product line is vegan crueltyfree and PETAapproved. We ship our products plasticfree and we use a combination of recycled compostable and biodegradable materials to mitigate shipping waste and we are constantly looking for new ways to make our products and supply chain more sustainable to reduce our carbon footprint.
About the Role
As our Production Coordinator youll be the driving force behind the seamless of all brand photoshoots at Poppy & Peonies. Reporting to the VP of Marketing youll own the planning logistics and of visual content production ensuring every is delivered on time on budget and aligned with our creative vision.
Youll collaborate closely with the creative marketing and product teams to translate concepts into compelling visuals. From managing styling samples and location bookings to coordinating vendors and timelines youll bring order to creative chaos and turn bold ideas into beautiful results.

The Opportunity
- Leading all logistics for photoshoots including scheduling call sheets transportation and timelines.
- Sourcing and securing vendors such as studios photographers equipment rentals and hair & makeup artists.
- Managing samples and styling products including steaming organizing and coordinating returns.
- Creating and distributing preproduction materials like mood boards shot lists and production schedules.
- Coordinating with creative marketing and product teams to align on objectives and vision.
- Acting as the point of contact on set to ensure smooth dayof and realtime problemsolving.
- Maintaining a detailed production calendar and tracking shootrelated deadlines.
- Overseeing postshoot organization including file delivery asset management and tracking usage rights.
- Contributing to creative ideation and recommending new approaches informed by industry trends.
- Supporting social media content capture and behindthescenes documentation when needed.
What You Bring to the Table
- You have experience in production content creation or creative operationspreferably in fashion lifestyle or ecommerce.
- You are an excellent communicator and collaborator who can manage multiple moving parts with ease.
- You have strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and pivot in a fastpaced environment.
- You have experience managing timelines budgets and external vendors.
- You are passionate about storytelling through visual content and bringing creative concepts to life.
- You have an eye for detail and thrive in structured wellorganized workflows.
- You are calm under pressure and proactive in solving dayof challenges.
- Your background may include photography styling or creative direction (a strong asset but not required).
- You are a team player who brings positive energy and a solutionsfirst mindset.

Location
- This role is based in our Vancouver Canada office and will be a mix of remote and inperson. Additionally the position involves domestic and international travel for photoshoots events and team retreats.
Salary and Total Rewards
- Annual Salary ranges from $70000 $80000 CAD
- 3 weeks of paid vacation per year
- 5 additional flex days
- Summer Fridays
- $1500 CAD annual health spending account
- $250 CAD annual period & menstrual budget
- $1000 CAD annualallowance towards Poppy & Peonies product
- $400 CAD home office setup allowance
$70000 $80000 a year
This salary is in Canadian currency.
