Asan Experience Design Vice Presidentat JPMorgan Chase within theAccelerator Program you are the heart of this venture focused on getting smart ideas into the hands of our customers. Job responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain our design system ensuring consistency and scalability across all products platforms and services.
  • Collaborate with product teams to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those requirements.
  • Apply your expertise in driving the evolution of our design system.
  • Influence direction and priorities within your team championing customercentricity creativity and high design standards.
  • Conduct regular design reviews and provide feedback to ensure alignment with our design principles.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in design systems and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.
  • Use customer insights and analytical data to inform the development of key components and design patterns.
  • Contribute to the vision to drive Design System adoption and improvements across the organisation.
  • Evangelise our Design System across the organisation fostering collaboration between design and development teams.

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

  • Previous experience in a Design System design role creating contributing and/or maintaining a Design System.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating examples of Design System deliverables (components patterns documentation and guidelines for a variety of stakeholders).
  • Demonstrate an ability to think at a systems level of design and understanding of UserCentred Design and usability best practices.
  • Knowledge of accessibility requirements and how to implement them with designers and developers.
  • Previous experience working in mobile application or responsive web design.
  • Proficiency with Figma Figma Variables Token Studio Supernova or similar Design System tools.
  • Bachelors degree in Design HCI or related field or equivalent professional experience.
