Summary:
As a recruiting coordinator youll help fuel our companys growth by supporting all aspects of the talent acquisition process. Youll work closely with recruiters hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth efficient and positive hiring experience. From sourcing and screening to scheduling and branding your work will have a direct impact on our ability to attract and hire top talent. The ideal candidate is highly organized detailoriented techsavvy and passionate about creating a great candidate experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Review applicant resumes and identify qualified candidates.
Source additional talent through professional networks job boards referrals recruiting events etc.
Create and maintain job postings on internal and external sites.
Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs and identify past applicants that may qualify for new positions.
Promote our employer brand online and offline.
Maintain candidate databases via our Applicant Tracking System/Human Resources Information System.
Send/review assessments.
Conduct initial phone screens schedule Interviews and reference checks.
Create and send offer letters.
Communicate with candidates and hiring managers promptly throughout the recruitment life cycle.
Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support recruitment initiatives by collaborating with senior recruiters on strategies and campaigns.
Provide regular updates to hiring managers and senior recruiters on recruitment status and candidate progress.
Other duties as assigned.
Work Experience Education and Certifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business HR Psychology Communications or relevant field.
Previous internship or experience in HR or recruitment.
Handson experience sourcing candidates preferred.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Proficiency with recruitment tools like applicant tracking systems and job boards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail for reviewing resumes and managing candidate data.
Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates.
Strong critical thinking and multitasking skills.
Aptitude for problem solving.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
This is a hybrid role based in Brentwood TN requiring three days per week in office minimum.
Primarily officebased with a typical business setting. This role may involve collaboration in virtual settings and participation in team meetings. Occasional offsite visits to other company locations may be required.
Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk and work on a computer.
Occasional standing walking and lifting of up to 15 pounds.
