The primary goal of this role is to be the expert empowering business users across Stryker South Pacific (SSP). Youll act as the crucial link between business superusers the CRM team and IT supportensuring business needs are understood met and translated into effective training materials.
With your outstanding business partnering skills and toptier communication youll take the lead driving efficiency engagement and seamless adoption of Salesforce solutions.
NOTE: This is a 12 month contract opportunity
This position will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) capturing and representing the Business user needs to ensure we leverage the solution for continual improvement opportunities and grow the Return on Investment in .
Key areas of accountability:
Monitor site implementation of SFDC and provide mentoring assistance and training to business users identifying user training needs and devising and managing user training programs in conjunction with the superusers
During project phase and future iterations be the coordination point and creator of User stories and User Acceptance Testing
Staying informed of each new release of Salesforce and other installed product releases 3 times per year) to leverage any new functionality to the business & complete prerelease Business User Acceptance testing.
System Implementation within a multidivisional organization is preferred
Skills:
Knowledge and understanding of solution administration
Knowledge and understanding of training frameworks administration and delivery
Knowledge and understanding of Project Management Concepts and User Requirements gathering
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Presentation and workshop facilitation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions
