Position Summary

As our Admin Assistant you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Your duties will include managing communications organising files scheduling appointments and assisting with various other tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills a high level of accuracy and the ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities

    • Handle incoming calls emails and correspondence efficiently.
    • Maintain and organise client files and office documents.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
    • Assist with the preparation of reports presentations and other documents.
    • Provide support for accounting tasks such as data entry and invoicing.
    • Ensuring data security integrity and confidentiality.
    • Liaising with coworkers to complete tasks.

About you

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience preferably in accounting.
  • Experience working with Australian businesses is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Quick learner and can work independently and in a team
  • Cares about quality outcomes for our clients and teamwork
  • Techsavvy / IT knowledge is an advantage.

Software Knowledge: (desirable but not essential)

    • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
    • High attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
    • Karbon Workflow
    • SharePoint documents and MS Office
    • MS Teams for communication
    • CODA for operational documents
