The Company
Our partner is a fastgrowing international regulated trading company with a highenergy sales floor and a serious focus on results. They work exclusively onsite and are known for rewarding performance with real money not just promises.
The Role
Were looking for an experienced Forex Retention Agent who know how to retain upsell and grow existing client accounts. Youll work with active clients close highvalue deals and hit aggressive targets.
What Youll Do
- Manage inbound/outbound calls with existing clients
- Build trust and longterm relationships
- Bring back to life dormant accounts and boost deposits
- Hit personal and team sales targets
- Keep up with market trends and client behavior
What You Bring to the Table
- At least 1 year of Forex retention experience
- Strong performance track record ideally $100K in monthly deposits
- Fluent English
- Experience working on an English desk
- Confident competitive and motivated by commission
- Must be open to working onsite in Sofia (near Inter Expo Center)
