Payroll Manager
- Location: Cape Town
- Salary: R20 000 to R40 000 per month
About the Role:
Lead the payroll function in a dynamic environment where precision meets creativity. Ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing across diverse teams supporting the companys commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee endtoend payroll processing for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and labor regulations.
- Manage payroll systems and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance for seamless operations.
- Handle audits and resolve payroll discrepancies.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field.
- 5 years of payroll experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of South African tax and labor laws.
