Job Description
Job Title: Radiologic Technologist
Location: Bowie/Laurel MD
Hourly Rate: $35.00 $40.00/hour shift differential
SignOn Bonus: $5000
Schedule Options:
- Fri Sun: 8:00 AM 9:00 PM 12hour shifts rotating weekends/oncall/holidays)
- Mon Fri: 11:00 AM 7:30 PM (with rotating weekends/oncall/holidays)
Overview:
We are hiring a Radiologic Technologist in the Bowie/Laurel MD region. This role offers autonomy variety and meaningful work serving patients in skilled nursing facilities jails/prisons and home health settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mobile Xray exams using DR or CR radiography equipment
- Obtain clinically diagnostic images and transmit them for Radiologist interpretation
- Conduct EKGs as required and submit for Cardiologist review
- Maintain mobile imaging equipment and company vehicle
- Handle scanrelated paperwork and billing daily
- Communicate effectively with dispatch peers and clients
- Adhere to infection control patient ID and safety protocols
Qualifications:
- ARRT certification (or eligible) required
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and in diverse care settings
- Availability for oncall rotating weekends and holiday coverage
