About the Role:
Looking for a creative and detailoriented Visual Designer / Social Media Designer to join the team. In this role you will be responsible for designing compelling visual content that aligns with our brand across various digital platforms particularly social media. Youll collaborate with the marketing content and product teams to create eyecatching designs that engage audiences tell companys brand story and drive performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design highquality visual assets for social media platforms (Instagram Facebook LinkedIn X TikTok etc.
- Create graphics for posts stories ads banners reels/thumbnails and other promotional content
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual brand identity across all digital channels
- Collaborate with content creators copywriters and marketers to produce engaging campaigns
- Stay uptodate with current design trends and social media best practices
- Assist with visual design for email campaigns website and other marketing materials as needed
- Edit shortform videos and animations (optional but a plus)
- Create and manage templates to streamline content creation workflows
- Optimize designs for performance across platforms (formatting file size responsiveness)
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in graphic design visual design or social media content creation
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and/or tools like Figma Canva or Sketch
- Basic motion design/video editing skills using Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their content formats
- Eye for detail color typography and layout
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with brands or agencies
- Knowledge of brand guidelines and visual storytelling
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g. Buffer Later Hootsuite etc.
