As a French Customer Service Representative your role will be to assist Frenchspeaking customers by providing excellent support for inquiries troubleshooting issues and ensuring a positive experience. You will help resolve problems and provide accurate information in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Frenchspeaking customers with inquiries and productrelated questions.
Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Address customer complaints and resolve them effectively.
Document customer interactions accurately.
Qualifications:
Fluency in French (both written and spoken).
English language skills
Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
