Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customerfocused individuals to join our international team in Greece. As a Customer Service Representative you will provide support to our clients across Czech Dutch and French speaking markets. You will be the first point of contact for our customers assisting with inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service via phone email and chat in Czech Dutch or French.
Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally ensuring a positive experience.
Handle inquiries regarding products services orders and technical support.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Identify opportunities for service improvement and provide feedback to management.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of company products services and policies.
Requirements:
Fluent in Czech Dutch or French (written and spoken) a second language is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work in a team and independently.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work in shifts (including weekends and holidays) as needed.
A positive attitude and passion for helping others.
