About Us:
The Homewood Suites by Hilton Greenville Downtown is an allsuite hotel in the heart of Greenville. Walk to downtown Falls Park on the Reedy Peace Center concerts dining and entertainment. The Role:
As a Housekeeping Supervisor youre not just cleaning youre ensuring that our guests experience the utmost comfort and cleanliness during their stay.
What Youll Do:
- As a leader you will motivate the housekeeping team and set a standard of excellence in cleanliness and efficiency by working alongside your team.
- Conduct inspections to ensure that guest rooms and public areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Coordinate daily housekeeping operations including room assignments and special requests.
- Train and develop housekeeping staff to maintain consistent quality.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of room inventory and cleaning schedules.
- Address guest concerns and resolve any issues with professionalism and urgency.
