Job Description

NATURE AND SCOPE OF WORKMinuteman High School is looking to hire a Building Paraprofessional/Technical Assistant for Career and Technical Education and academics. This position is a temporary assignment through the 2024/2025 school year. There is a possibility of extension into the following school year depending organizational needs. The candidate is responsible for assisting teachers with classroom instruction and in shop settings. Individuals applying for this position will work collaboratively with instructors. They will participate effectively in schoolwide department goals and academicvocational integration activities. Ensure personal professional growth on a yearly basis with a focus on continuous improvement in student Responsibilities:Supervise students at all program/classroom safety topics relevant to the program/class under the guidance of the and compile information and prepare activities demonstrations equipment and other materials used in the CTE programs and individual students or groups in subjects that require basic to advanced knowledge of CTE programs and students work for correct procedures in order to develop skills and techniques related to CTE programs and students as needed in Minuteman for teachers when duties as necessary.
