Deine Aufgaben

• Begre unsere Gste stets mit einer Guest comes firstEinstellung und sorge fr ein spaiges Einkaufserlebnis. Entspreche dabei den hohen Markenstandards von Mars Retail Group und begeistere unsere Gste.

• Trage zur Umsatzsteigerung bei indem Du aktiv verkaufst und unsere Verkaufsstrategien umsetzt

• Fhre Kassentransaktionen zgig und serviceorientiert durch.

• Setze die Mars Retail GroupRichtlinien zu Qualitt und Lebensmittelsicherheit um: So stellst Du sicher dass unsere Gste jederzeit optimal betreut werden

• B2 German Skills: You should be confident speaking German with our guests.

• Strong product knowledge: Understand guest needs and offer appropriate recommendations.

What will be your key responsibilities

• Always greet guests with a Guest comes first attitude creating a fun shopping experience. Uphold Mars Retail Group brand standards and delight our visitors.

• Contribute to sales growth by actively selling and implementing our selling strategies.

• Efficiently complete sales transactions at the register while providing excellent customer service.

• Execute Mars Retail Group policies on quality and food safety: Ensuring our guests always receive the best possible care.
