SVMs at Amazon are responsible for monitoring and reacting to industry trends and own the top and bottom lines of the P&L with this role specifically focused on launching and scaling large wellknown fashion brands new to Amazon Retail platform. They will develop selection and categories deliver innovative growth solutions and work with internal teams to deliver the best customer experience. This SVM will be instrumental in setting up prestigious fashion brands for success managing key vendor relationships through the crucial launch phase and establishing growth frameworks for these highprofile partnerships.
SVMs work with fashion industry leaders and possess the leadership presence and communication skills to represent Amazon at all levels. SVMs work across multiple internal teams at high levels of leadership to address customer experience issues within the luxury and mainstream fashion categories. The role requires coordinating extensively with partner teams to ensure successful brand integration and launch maintaining the integrity and positioning of established fashion names. We span a wide range of specialist skills from data analytics and account management to brand development and ad sales. Youll be working with some of the smartest minds in ecommerce to help shape the future of fashion retail on Amazon.

Amazon merchant services covers all third party merchants activity related to selling on Amazon as well as the specific services and products we offer to help develop and grow these sellers. As an intern you will be responsible for helping our account managers to deliver new business growth across Amazons third party merchants.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Build an understanding of customer pain points requirements and potential value that can be delivered by advertising or merchant services
Identify target accounts using market data and industry intelligence
Learn the advertising or merchant services portfolio and the Amazon culture
Identify opportunities to improve our products services processes systems and tools
Work with different parts of the Amazon business to implement improvement projects including working with category teams product teams and technical support teams
5 years of account management project or program management or buying experience
Bachelors degree
Knowledge of Microsoft Access or SQL
Experience driving internal crossteam collaboration
Experience using data to influence business decisions
Experience with business analysis and P&L management
Experience driving direction and alignment with crossfunctional teams

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $109000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
