Clinical Associate Representative
We are seeking a motivated and servicedriven Clinical Associate Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting and managing existing accounts within the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) sector. Principle Health Systems provides mobile laboratory services to the longterm care population including SNFs assisted living facilities and home health as well as laboratory services to independent clinics and physicians. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator enjoys building relationships and is passionate about healthcare service excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Account Management and Customer Support
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned Skilled Nursing customers.
- Conduct inservice training for new accounts and maintain a regular communication cadence with existing customers.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients phlebotomy teams and laboratory staff.
- Client Engagement and Retention
- Travel daily within and around the assigned territory to engage with medical professionals and facility staff.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) with a strong focus on customer retention and satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing education and support to clients including training on software and service protocols.
- Team Collaboration and Growth Potential
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with internal departments to resolve client concerns and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in tradeshows client dinners and evening/weekend events as needed.
- Demonstrate initiative and reliability with potential for growth into a Medical Sales Leader role.
REQUIREMENTS
- College degree or recent graduate preferred.
- Strong interest in medical sales and the healthcare industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours including some weekends or evenings
- Teamoriented with a problemsolving mindset.
- Selfreliant dependable and accountable in a clientfacing environment.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during site visits.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capable of multitasking in a dynamic and clientdriven environment.

$40000/base salary mileage reimbursement and monthly bonuses
$60000/annually OTE
40 hours plus some overnight and weekends as needed
