Job Title: K3 Elementary Instructional FacilitatorReports to: School Principal and Assistant PrincipalJob Summary:The K3 Instructional Facilitator serves as a key support for teachers in implementing effective instructional practices aligned with curriculum standards. The role focuses on improving teaching and learning through coaching modeling professional development and collaboration with a strong emphasis on literacy and foundational skills in early childhood Responsibilities:Collaborate with K3 teachers to plan deliver and reflect on instruction that aligns with district and state effective teaching strategies in classrooms especially in literacy numeracy and early childhood best instructional coaching including feedback and support to help teachers grow student data to identify instructional needs and guide decisions for intervention and professional learning communities (PLCs) to support continuous improvement and data driven implementation of district wide curriculum instructional programs and assessment in identifying and securing instructional resources and materials for early inclusive practices that support the diverse learning needs of all current with educational research and best practices in early childhood as a liaison between the school and district level curriculum leadership teamsRequired Qualifications:Valid Elementary Education Teaching LicenseBachelors degree in Education (Masters degree preferred)Minimum of 5 years successful classroom teaching experience in early elementary (k3)Strong knowledge of early literacy and numeracy developmentAbility to lead professional development and support adult learnersExperience with data analysis and instructional planningPreferred Skills and CharacteristicsCoaching or mentoring experienceDeep understanding of child development and differentiated instructionExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with administrators teachers and support staffCommitment to equity and high expectations of all learnersThis list represents the core functions of the position but is not intended to be allinclusive.
