What Youll Be Doing at Piston Technologies:
Identify and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting email outreach and strategic calling
Qualify leads by uncovering pain points gathering critical data and assessing readiness to move forward
Work closely with the sales team to book discovery calls product demos and followups
Maintain a high volume of daily outreach activity while keeping messaging thoughtful and targeted
Collect and maintain accurate data in our CRM to support a healthy pipeline and informed followups
Meet and exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and opportunities created
What Were Looking For:
Prior experience in a sales development customerfacing or highoutput role
Eagerness to learn grow and make an impact we love selfstarters
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong organizational habits and a willingness to own your daily schedule
A team player who thrives in a collaborative fastmoving environment
What we hope you have:
Summer sales or equivalent experience in a sales role
Consistent history of exceeding quotas in previous roles
Strong prospecting skills and expertise in managing the entire sales cycle
