Job Description
Execute on recruiting activities for a distinct line of business and location. Work with hiring managers as a staffing consultant to identify resource needs create job descriptions and candidate profiles. Develop internal and external recruiting strategies. Execute strategies and meet demand by working with other recruiters and recruiting coordinators. Accountable for overall recruiting and onboarding process integrity quality and budget maintenance.

Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree At least 10 years of experience as a full life cycle recruiter
Preferred Qualifications: Masters Degree or MBA At least 8 years of experience as a full life cycle recruiter At least 3 years of experience as a sourcing specialist Proficiency in recruiting systems
