your opportunity
As the Infrastructure Operations Manager you will oversee the daily planning maintenance and management of yourtowns IT infrastructure ensuring it remains reliable secure and scalable. Based at our Milton Head Office your role will encompass managing IT infrastructure operations including servers networks cloud services and data centres with a focus on delivering high availability and optimal system performance.
In this position you will:
Lead and mentor our highperforming Infrastructure team fostering collaboration innovation performance and service orientation.
Oversee the design implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure including servers storage systems networks and cloud environments to align with yourtowns organisational goals and future growth.
Lead efforts to ensure infrastructure scalability reliability and security supporting business growth and technological advancements.
Manage network operations (WAN LAN VPN firewalls load balancers) to ensure reliable connectivity across all locations.
Lead the migration to and management of Azure cloudbased services optimising cloud infrastructure for costeffectiveness security and performance.
Oversee patch management policies to ensure all systems and applications remain secure and up to date maintaining robust IT governance standards.
what we are looking for
Extensive experience in leading and managing IT infrastructure operations demonstrating strategic oversight and effective leadership in complex environments.
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification or other relevant certifications are considered highly advantageous.
Ability to convey technical concepts clearly to nontechnical stakeholders fostering understanding and informed decisionmaking for positive outcomes.
Strong reporting skills and experience in writing executivelevel communications and reporting.
Strong analytical skills to aid in making datadriven decisions.
