Job Description
- Support a 24x7 operation team works a 12hour rotating shift pattern.
- The successful applicant will have to be an Australian Citizen and hold an active TSPV Security Clearance Support for relocation to Alice Springs NT.

Your New Role and ResponsibilitiesLeidos supports systems used at the Joint Defence Facility in Alice Springs. In conjunction with Leidos colleagues and the customer key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Research problems by accessing internal and external knowledge databases.
- Perform hardware troubleshooting repair replacement and incident resolution.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance activities. Perform upgrades and support the transition and acceptance of new and modified systems.
- Communicate with customers to fully understand the incident service request or problem.
- Monitor review update and dispose of ServiceNow/HelpNow system tickets assigned to the program per the required Performance Requirements Standards and level of information details.
What Youll Bring to Make an Impact
- Equivalent tertiary education and experience in responsibilities outlined above.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow/HelpNow (or similar applications).
- CISSP certificate or equivalent.
