This is a combined position providing student data management supports across the Supervisory Union as well as substitute teacher fulfillment support and supervision at the secondary Duties and Responsibilities Substitute Coordination:Summary: Sources screens and hires persons to fill daytoday and short term 30day or less) substitute positions. Tracks leaves and substitute assignments on the districts absence management daily substitute teaching coverage for the Middle and High Schools including and maintains relationships with administrators and teachers to remain aware of current and future staffing that qualified candidates have completed the hiring process. Coordinates the process of onboarding substitutes with the Human Resources the approved substitute list processed and approved by the Human Resources Department. Screens and assigns substitutes for the substitutes about facilities processes and organizational information packets and maintains payroll records using a software program to track Duties and Responsibilities Enrollment Coordination: Summary: Responsible for maintaining the procedures systems and documentation needed for accurate student records. Provides clerical and student data support duties and ensures sensitive communications and information is managed appropriately. the student registration and recordkeeping processes: monitor and process Parent and Staff Portal access and requests including creating new user accounts for the districts Student Information System(s) (SIS) registration forms for all students PreK 12 ensuring that all required documents have been submitted before enrollment parents/guardians with enrollment paperwork for incoming students. Collects and verifies forms and information from parents/guardians and sending schools. Enters all information in the student information system (SIS) as appropriate; maintains hardcopy residency requirements are met and documents provided/completed by all parents/guardians and students transferring into the districts schools including residency requirements are met and documents provided/completed by all parents/guardians for secondary students entering the Middle & High Schools from School Choice with guidance/administrative staff regarding student transitions to and from the district and enrollments from School Choice districts. Assists administrators and counselors with placement special services and schedules for current and incoming stateplaced and tuition students and provides information to the Business Office IEP 504 and EST students are coded and to request of student information and verification of enrollment and good standing as appropriate such as but not limited to: insurance companies Social Security and other government agencies; employment and update new and changing employee information within the in capacity as the enrollment data coordinator and assists in SIS support: accurate data entry of information to the SIS including but not limited to: student demographic and contact information and dual enrollment in district techbased meetings and training as administrative/clerical support to the administrators by serving as a substitute for school based Administrative Assistants as needed when and/or participates with special projects by attending meetings related to job responsibilities as other duties as Work Responsibilities: The ability to work in a collaborative team environment is essential to the employees successful job performance.
