The Dover School District is seeking a dedicated High School School Psychologist to join our Student Services Team. This position plays a key role in supporting the academic socialemotional and behavioral success of students through a comprehensive range of services aligned with the standards of the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP).Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to assess student learning needs cognitive abilities emotional development and behavioral functioning. Provide counselingrelated services to students including individual and group interventions that support mental health and wellbeing. Support and implement a MultiTiered System of Supports for Behavior (MTSSB) including the design implementation and monitoring of evidencebased behavioral and academic interventions. Deliver crisis intervention services as needed including response planning threat assessments and collaboration with crisis response teams. Consult and collaborate with educators families and community providers to support student success. Assist with the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans ensuring students receive appropriate accommodations and services. Participate as an integral member of the Student Services Team in schoolwide planning data analysis and student support initiatives.
