You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailKing Countys Procurement & Payables (P&P) team is seeking an experienced and motivated Public Records Officer (Admin I) to join our dynamic team. This role is a key position within the Organizational Support & Communications (OSC) team which plays a vital role in supporting P&Ps operational success and ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across King County. This position will follow a hybrid work model requiring two days in the office at King Street Center.
As an Administrator I you will provide critical administrative support and serve as the Public Records Officer for P&P ensuring compliance with public records laws and policies. You will be instrumental in streamlining processes and driving process improvements.

Position Information:
Employees will be provided with a County issued laptop. When working remotely employees must maintain a workspace with an internet connection (access may be supplemented in some situations) where they can reliably perform work remain available and responsive during scheduled work hours and follow FBODs Hybrid and Remote Guidelines including oncamera participation during virtual video meetings. King County has a robust collection of tools and resources to support working remotely.
