Job Description
Amazon is looking for a Program Manager with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to own strategic tactical crossfunctional and technology projects and programs across multiple verticals. This role requires scoping and creating project plans developing processes coordinating and driving and communicating to senior management on status risks and process/product changes. Crossteam coordination project management and executive presentation skills are essential. The ideal candidate will leverage extensive project management experience combined with deep analytical capabilities and a keen sense of innovation to lead complex projects from conception to completion.
Amazon supports vendors sellers and thirdparty partners around the globe. As a Program Manager with Amazon you will have the opportunity to develop the business requirements and influence the success of these partners. In this role you will own operational programs related to our vendors and thirdparty partners and work to resolve operational issues. As a program manager you will work crossfunctionally to drive customer centric programs. This role requires a deep need for stakeholder management an ability to synthesize data and information and communication across internal and external partners.
Key job responsibilities
Manage and oversee various crossfunctional programs ensuring successful delivery.
Develop and refine program strategies effectively leading and motivating teams.
Set clear objectives for programs leveraging data analytics to drive improvements and achieve metrics.
Navigate and resolve ambiguities in business scenarios applying creative problemsolving skills.
Foster collaboration with internal and external partners to optimize resource allocation and project success.
Evaluate and prioritize projects in conjunction with customer needs and technical team inputs.
Bridge gaps in team dynamics processes and systems preventing common project pitfalls.
Identify and mitigate risks preventing them from escalating into major issues.
Regularly communicate with senior managers business leaders and other stakeholders to support key business initiatives.
Develop implement and oversee KPI reporting for a program portfolio ensuring clear visibility of milestones and project performance.
Manage and communicate project budgets effectively.

Global Mile Imports optimizes speed and cost we execute the timely movement of freight from global manufacturing hubs crossborder into Amazons international marketplaces for Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) sellers and retail direct import vendors. Leveraging the capabilities of worldclass logistics providers and internal Amazon supply chain solutions Global Mile increases selection and lowers cost for our customers.
We are looking for a detailoriented analytical innovative handson and customerobsessed Carrier Manager that can manage the origin service of Amazons import networks. As a Carrier Manager you will be responsible for the operational setup and of the origin service of the Amazon import supply chain that meets our customers needs while satisfying performance and budget goals.

2 years of program or project management experience
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g. pivot tables & charts multiple criteria lookups nested logical/IF formulas data cleansing array formulas etc.
2 years of developing program strategies and plans diving and influencing senior stakeholders experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams
Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
Knowledge of SQL
Experience with third party vendor or carrier integration contract management or performance management
Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes project management and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
