Fr unseren Standort in Hannover suchen wir Dich ab sofort als
Rechtsreferendar (m/w/d) fr die Wahlstation
Im Rahmen Deines Referendariats untersttzt Du unser Team der Rechtsabteilung welches die Geschftsbereiche der Gesellschaften in der Region EMEA in allen Rechtsangelegenheiten bert.
Dabei bernimmst Du folgende Aufgaben:
Recherche und Beantwortung von Rechtsfragen aus vielen Gebieten des internationalen Wirtschaftsrechts.
Aktualisierung von Standardvertrgen fr das operative Geschft
Vorbereitung von internen und externen Verhandlungen
berwiegend eigenverantwortliche Erarbeitung und Aktualisierung eines internen Newsletters ber aktuelle juristische Praxisfragen fr das operative Geschft unter Zuhilfenahme externer Quellen
Deine Qualifikation:
Du hast Dein erstes Staatsexamen erfolgreich abgeschlossen stehst kurz davor oder hast schon mit dem Referendariat begonnen
Du interessierst dich nicht nur fr juristische Themen hast Verstndnis fr technische und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhnge und Sinn fr praktische Lsungen
Du bist engagiert und interessiert dir auch eine fremde Materie in kurzer Zeit zu erschlieen
Du verfgst ber sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse die du vielleicht sogar im Ausland vertieft hast
