Job Title Sr. QA Technician (Batch Release)
MonFri 6:00 AM 2:30 PM

Location/Division Specific Information
This position will be based at the Thermo Fisher Scientific site located in Millersburg PA.
How will you make an impact
Be part of a fastgrowing manufacturing site that is committed to operational perfection in manufacturing and across the supply chain. This position will be essential to enabling year over year growth by assisting through a critical role of performing quality assurance batch record review and release to support the SUD Millersburg PA site.
What will you do
- Conduct batch record reviews and final product releases.
- Build Certificates of Compliance using word processing tools.
- Review Irradiation Certificate of Processing documents.
- Attend tier meetings representing the Quality Assurance function.
- Apply ERP systems specifically Made 2 Manage.
- Handle electronic documents with Master Control.
- Uphold quality systems including ISO and FDA standards.
- Use Microsoft Office Suite proficiently.
- Interact and collaborate with site leadership from Quality Logistics Customer Operations & Support and Operations Management.
- Communicate effectively with staff management and clients.
- Work independently while ensuring schedules and performance requirements are met.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Education
- Minimum Requirement: High School Diploma.
- Preferred: Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
Experience
- Confirmed experience working in a team environment.
- A track record of effectively crafting topquality work under daring timelines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel).
- Experience using M2M.
Preferred Experience
- 2 Years working in a Quality Management System (QMS)
- Working knowledge of ISO13485 and 21CFR820.
- Experience with Change Control processes.
- Associates Degree in a Science or Engineering Field or equivalent experience.
Knowledge Skills Abilities
- Diligent with ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects.
- Knowledge of Schedule Planning Meeting Minutes Action Items and Reminder Notifications.
- Positive attitude with confirmed interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence without authority and develop credibility and positive professional relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications; Word Excel.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Adaptability to work with a variety of personalities.
