Job Description
Reports to: Packaging Manager and Packaging Lead
Department: Packaging
Essential Functions and Duties:
- Learn and operate all equipment on the canning keg racking and variety pack lines.
- Perform the deep cleaning and general maintenance of all packaging equipment.
- Execute routine daily maintenance to keep machinery running efficiently.
- Monitor product and packaging quality to ensure standards are met.
- Maintain accurate packaging logs and reports to support operational transparency.
- Track quality issues and propose solutions during weekly department meetings.
- Identify and resolve basic mechanical problems with packaging equipment.
- Recommend and assist with revisions to SOPs as needed.
- Safely use and handle chemical and sanitation products.
- Follow all company policies related to safety attendance and procedures outlined in the employee handbook.
- Operate powered industrial vehicles (e.g. forklifts) safely and with proper certifications.
- Participate in packaging operations as part of a 45 person team or independently as needed.
- Maintain a positive professional demeanor in line with our company culture.
- Help with various capital projects building management tasks and other projects during downtime.
- Keep all workspaces clean organized and safe to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
- 1 year of brewery packaging or equivalent manufacturing experience (preferred but not required).
- Machine operation or other manufacturing experience.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently with a positive attitude.
- Strong problemsolving and basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Good written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Ability to stand for long periods 10 hours) and work in nonclimatecontrolled environments.
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to work independently and within a team with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work long or flexible hours as needed.

Night Shift
In a Somerville MA apartment in 2007 when 3 friends began homebrewing beer for friends and family. Their hobby took place after work often stretching late into the night what they called their night shift. Driven by a passion to craft more interesting and flavorful beers than the commercial options available they turned that hobby into something bigger. In 2012 Night Shift Brewing officially launched in a small Everett warehouse setting the foundation for what would become a thriving independent brewery.

Wormtown
Wormtown Brewery started in 2010 on Park Ave in Worcester MA transforming an old ice cream shop into a small brewery. From the beginning the focus was on crafting great beer while staying true to its hometown roots. With strong support from the local community new recipes were created and refined.
Then came Be Hoppya bold West Coast IPA released at the height of the Hazy New England IPA craze. It stood out from the pack and quickly became a fan favorite.
As word spread so did the brewery. What started as a small Worcester operation grew into two taprooms and a brand recognized across New England. But no matter how far the beer travels the mission remains the same: to craft highquality beer that brings people together with a smile one pint at a time.
