Job Description
As a member of the Dealer Sales Pod the ARM is responsible to leverage the Sales System & Protocol to ensure the overall interaction between the Dealer and Capital One is an iconic experience. The ARM is responsible for enabling their ASM DSM and RM partners to focus on building best in class relationships and bring solutions to match their needs through consultative selling by:
Serving as the main point of contact for dealer customer service escalations
Providing high touch concierge service
Developing a deep understanding of our products and programs mining for dealer pings and proactively setting up other Sales Pod members to be more effective through their conversations with the dealer.
General Responsibilities:
Cultivate positive relationships with our dealer customers to become the dealers point of contact for all service and needs.
Act as a support and administrative coordinator between Capital One and our dealership customer.
Manage and resolve outstanding dealer sales items such as: dealer agreements dealer product cancellations title issues dealer receivables and a wide range of other dealer facing items.
Engaging with a high level of dealer communication via inbound and outbound phone calls email and dealer messaging.
Leverage a broad variety of systems and internal teams to resolve outstanding dealer issues.
Educate Dealer Customers on Capital One Auto Finances programs tools platforms policies and procedures.
Collaborate with teammates crossdepartmentally to solve problems and be the primary dealer contact for all internal Dealer POD funding sales and administrative escalations.
Support our sales partners with business development by communicating opportunities scheduling sales appointments solving dealer related problems and collaborating to grow business.
Ability to work a Monday through Saturday schedule ranging in hours from 8 am to 8 pm with potential opportunity to update shifts after 1 year in tenure as well as the ability to work overtime.

Strong multitasking efficient typing and attention to detail will also serve as valuable skills within this fastpaced position. Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma GED or Equivalent certification
Preferred Qualifications:
Associates Degree
2 years of Sales or Customer Service Experience

The minimum and maximum fulltime annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for parttime roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean VA: $67900 $77400 for Assistant Relationship ManagerCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidates offer letter.
