Job Description
- This is an office based position MondayFriday 8a5pm

Position Summary:
- Demonstrates support for the agencys mission statement to promote quality efficient comprehensive compassionate and effective client services.
- Participates in and supports internal development activities including but not limited to: performance improvement activities employee orientation interviewing and selection competency testing and inservices.
- Uses practical communication skills to follow up on complaints by clients or personnel.
- Maintains confidentiality of client employee and home health operations.
- Keeps all records in accordance with applicable regulations; ensures they are up to date organized and ready for inspection at any time.
- Promotes compliance with all agency and safety standards policies and procedures.
- Review all client records and plans of service to ensure that they meet agency policy procedures and standards of practice.
