Position Summary:
As a Service Advisor you will be the liaison between our customers and the service department. Your role will be to ensure every customer has a seamless and professional experience from scheduling service to the completion of work. Were looking for someone who is resultsdriven and focused on delivering high CSI scores through exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers promptly and professionally
Understand customer concerns and accurately document service requests
Communicate with technicians and relay findings and recommendations to customers
Provide accurate estimates and timelines for repairs and maintenance
Promote additional services based on vehicle needs
Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on service satisfaction
Help maintain and improve high CSI scores
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or similar role
GM (General Motors) experience is preferred but not required
Proven ability to maintain high customer satisfaction ratings (CSI)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
AutoMate and XTime software experience a plus
Valid drivers license
