Job Description

ComputerSystemsTechnologyandComputerScience Instructor

We are seeking an experienced Mathematics andComputerScienceteacher with a strong understanding of pedagogy and instructional practices for 9th12th grades. Our ideal candidate will be able to convey an enthusiasm for connecting learning to real life application for a large spectrum of students

Knowledge of fundamentals of computing including problemsolving working with data understanding the Internet cyber security programming and advanced mathematics. Extensive and deep knowledge ofcomputerscienceinstruction. Knowledge of programming language(s) and the ability to communicate complex information through scaffolding and handson activities.

Three computer science courses and two secondary math courses will be assigned to this position.

Required Virginia license with endorsements in both Computer Science and Mathematics.
