About the Role
The Project Managerroleis a great opportunity to have a critical impactinthe success includethe coordination and completion of projects on timeandwithin scope while overseeingall aspects will set deadlines assign responsibilitiesmanage stakeholdersmonitor and summarize progress and mitigate risks.The successful candidate will work withstakeholdersto ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments(both inside and outside of Operations)to ensure all aspects of each projectreach the projects definition of success.
The candidate must be familiar with the fields concepts practicesand procedures. He or she must lead and direct the work of others. Creativity andflexibility are mandatory to be successful in this role.
What Youll Do
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless of projects
Ensure that all projects are deliveredon time within scope and within budget
Facilitatethe definition of project scope and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability
Developand maintaina detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Manage changes to the project scope project schedule and project costs usingindustry standardverification techniques
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationshipbetweenall stakeholders
Perform risk managementminimize project risks and apply mitigation plans
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including developing spreadsheets diagrams and process maps to document needs
Facilitate detailedand clear project requirements
Delegate project tasksappropriately
Track project performance specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and longterm goals
Use and continually develop leadership skillsand competencies
Attend training as required to maintain proficiency
Perform other related duties as assigned
About You
25yearsexperiencemanaging projects or equivalent experience
PMP preferred
Provenworkingexperience in projectmanagement
Excellentverbal and writtencommunication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Officeand project management industry standard practices
Work Location
Lehi UT
We are currently working a hybrid schedule and our teams are inoffice Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Primarily MT
