About the role;
Provide efficient qualityoriented physical therapy patient care following the individualized PT Plan of Care (POC) including assessment treatment plan progression of a home exercise program patient education and communication to maximize the patients progress towards achieving the functional goals set by the evaluating PT.
Required
PTA license in good standing with KY Board of Physical Therapy
Must work well with people

Lift / carry (including moving equipment) up to 50 pounds
Occasional stress from balancing workload and multiple tasks
Well lit and ventilated with nonhazardous and hazardous equipment
Category III: involves exposure to bloodborne pathogens and may encounter chemical hazards
Extreme cold heat and noise due to environments at athletic functions
Minimal exposure to communicable diseases
